Marketing - Hiring Now

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join the Redbrik team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys balancing design, content creation and day-to-day marketing delivery - while helping ensure our brand and property marketing are presented to an exceptional standard.

Based in our Sheffield office, you’ll support marketing activity across our branches, creating engaging social content, assisting with property listings, producing marketing assets in Canva, writing copy for digital channels and supporting email campaigns. You’ll also help us embrace new technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency and keep our marketing moving forward.

This Role Would Suit Someone Who

• Has a strong creative eye and enjoys design and visual storytelling
• Is confident creating content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Has experience with short-form video editing and social media trends
• Understands the importance of brand consistency and attention to detail
• Is highly organised, commercially aware and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has an interest in SEO, digital marketing and emerging AI tools
  
  

Experience in property marketing is beneficial but not essential. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous, as occasional travel between branches and filming locations will be required.

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Sheffield

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm)

Annual Leave: 23 days (with an additional day for your birthday, plus bank holidays)
