STORE & PURCHASE INCHARGE

We are looking for a proactive and organized Store & Purchase Executive to manage our inventory, stores, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in store management and purchasing, with good organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory is updated regularly.
• Raise purchase requests and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Compare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and follow up on deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movements.
• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure material availability.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the store.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in stores and purchase functions.
• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications (ERP experience is an advantage).
• Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
