Webinar Host

We are scaling webinars for Metago's GLP-1 weight loss program and are looking for a dynamic Webinar Host / Trainer to lead high-audience webinar sessions. The ideal candidate will be a confident, persuasive communicator who can engage large audiences live, build trust quickly, and drive participants toward taking

action. This is a customer-facing role that directly impacts our webinar conversion numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and lead high-audience webinars on a regular basis, presenting the Metago program clearly and
  
  

persuasively

• Engage and interact with large live audiences, keeping sessions energetic and participative rather than
  
  

one-directional

• Handle live audience questions, objections, and hesitations confidently and empathetically
• Build urgency and drive participants toward sign-ups / decision-making by the end of each session
• Represent the Metago brand with a professional, trustworthy, and relatable on-camera presence
• Work closely with the webinar/sales team to continuously improve session flow and conversion
  
  

Must-have Requirements

• 2+ years hosting webinars, training sessions, or live sales presentations (webinar experience preferred,
  
  

not mandatory)

• Excellent fluency in Hindi and English — able to switch naturally between both depending on the
  
  

audience

• Highly interactive presentation style — keeps large audiences engaged throughout
• Strong customer handling skills — comfortable managing live questions, objections, and hesitant
  
  

customers

• Proven ability to create urgency and drive audiences toward action, not just deliver information
• High energy, confident, and persuasive speaking style — able to sustain that energy consistently through
  
  

the entire session, not just at the start

• Confident and trustworthy on-camera presence, suited to a health and wellness audience
• Comfortable working with sales/conversion targets tied to webinar performance
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in health, wellness, fitness, or weight-loss industry
• Experience in D2C or health-tech sales, training, or customer-facing roles
• Prior experience running high-volume webinars (multiple sessions per week)
