About The Role

As a CBRE Valuation Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching and providing market information for small to medium Valuation assignments.

This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining values of land, property, and businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Aid in managing the preparation of real estate appraisal reports. This includes data entry, taking property photos & measurements, and driving the neighborhood, preparing building layout drawings, etc
• Conduct preliminary research on a property (3-4 site visits daily). This includes the verification of comparables, demographics, market area evaluation, etc.
• Prepare simple portion of an appraisal report. Assist with examining and reviewing income-producing properties.
• Research market area and conclude what may impact property value.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering (MANDATORY)
• 1-2 years of experience in Valuation
• Good communication and writing skills
• Proficient in computer applications such as Excel and Word
• Gujarat -based candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
