Lead - Tower Controlling (Sales Inventory)

Inventory Management & Control

Monitor inventory levels across plants, warehouses, depots, and distribution locations.

Ensure optimum stock availability to support sales requirements and customer commitments.

Track slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Drive inventory reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels.

Conduct periodic inventory reviews and stock reconciliation activities.

Financial & Commercial Controlling

Monitor inventory valuation and its impact on working capital.

Track inventory-related costs including storage, transportation, and obsolescence.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to inventory management.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and inventory policies.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve inventory planning, replenishment, and control processes.

Drive inventory optimization initiatives through data-driven decision making.

Participate in ERP enhancement projects and process automation initiatives.

Support implementation of best practices in inventory management and reporting.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Production, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

Ensure timely communication of inventory constraints and availability updates.

Support customer delivery commitments through effective inventory planning.

Act as a key interface between business functions for inventory-related issues.
