Network Telecommunications Engineer

We have a requirement for Telecom Network Engineer. Please find below the job details:

Job Reponsibilities:

• Support SIP, PRI, Broadband, AIR Fiber, and enterprise telecom services.
• Monitor telecom service availability, connectivity, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Handle new SIM activations, replacements, deactivations, CUG, and mobile number management.
• Manage IVR queues, agent mapping, user creation, password resets, and calling application support.
• Manage Bulk SMS operations, DLT templates, headers, and vendor follow-up for SMS delivery issues.
• Coordinate broadband/fiber installations, shifting, closures, fiber troubleshooting, and internal fiber splicing.
• Coordinate with Airtel, BSNL, Jio, VI, and other vendors for service requests, approvals, escalations, and site
• visits.
• Support mobile network coverage analysis, tower feasibility, and coverage improvement activities.
• Maintain telecom documentation, service records, weekly reports, downtime tracking, and operational follow-ups.
• Provide end-user support for telecom-related requests and coordinate field support activities.
