About The Role

We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Rajasthani (Marwari/Mewari or other regional dialects) to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors. You will speak with farmers from Rajasthan over phone calls in their local dialect, understand their crop, pest, and disease problems, recommend the right products, help them place orders, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Rajasthani dialects and HindiUnderstand crop issues and advise suitable productsGuide farmers in placing orders over the callAchieve monthly sales targets through consultative sellingFollow up on leads and pending orders over phone callsMaintain call, lead, and order records in the CRMBuild farmer relationships that drive repeat purchases

Requirements

B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture (freshers welcome)Native/fluent speaker of Rajasthani (Marwari, Mewari, Shekhawati, etc.)Good communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with targetsWilling to work from our Bhopal office
