About the Role:-

We are seeking a highly skilled ITOM RPA Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow to join our IT Operations team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM framework. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform capabilities, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design, configure, and implement RPA solutions within ServiceNow ITOM.
• Automate IT operational tasks such as monitoring, incident resolution, and service requests.
• Collaborate with ITOM and cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate RPA workflows with ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Ensure compliance, scalability, and security of automation processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain RPA bots for optimal performance.
• Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT Operations Management and RPA development.
• Hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITOM, CIS – RPA).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud environments.
• Ability to lead automation initiatives.
