Loan Manager

We are looking for a Loan Process Executive with experience in the loan/financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan applications, coordinating with customers, verifying documents, and ensuring smooth processing of loan files from application to disbursement.

Tasks

Handle and process loan applications from customers.

Verify customer documents and ensure completeness of loan files.

Coordinate with customers for required documents and information.

Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and loan disbursements.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

Conduct basic verification of customer and financial information.

Maintain accurate records of loan applications and customer details.

Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.

Resolve customer queries related to the loan process.

Ensure timely processing and closure of assigned loan cases.

Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in loan processing / banking / NBFC / financial services.

Good understanding of the loan processing cycle.

Experience in handling loan documentation and customer coordination.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP, or other retail lending products will be preferred.
