Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, portion) as per menu requirements

Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency

Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely

Packaging & Order Fulfilment

Pack meals neatly and correctly, ensuring quality and accuracy

Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch

Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners

Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance

Clean and sanitize workstations regularly

Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage)

Support inventory checks and organize stock

Requirements: Prior kitchen experience (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant) preferred

Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus)

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
