Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ivalua Consultant / Lead with 8-12 years of relevant implementation experience to lead end-to-end Ivalua implementation workstreams across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration, implementation, integrations, data migration, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting. Ivalua L3 certifications in P2P, S2C, SRM, and Integration are required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8-12 years of relevant Ivalua implementation experience.
• Ivalua L3 certifications in P2P, S2C, SRM, and Integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end Ivalua implementations.
• Strong knowledge of S2C, P2P, and SRM processes and modules.
• Experience with Ivalua configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
• Experience with data migration and deployment activities.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle integrations is preferred.
• Experience with Ariba, Zycus, or Coupa is an added advantage.
• Strong consulting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for domestic/international engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Ivalua workstreams across S2C, P2P, and SRM.
• Develop and manage project plans while ensuring adherence to project governance and delivery standards.
• Conduct client workshops and gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Validate business and technical decisions with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain architecture documents, functional designs, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Manage project scope, requirements, changes, and dependencies.
• Perform Ivalua configuration based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
• Lead data migration activities and coordinate with technical teams for successful deployment.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production readiness activities.
• Conduct client training on Ivalua modules and functionality.
• Maintain project documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge repositories.
• Mentor junior team members and promote Ivalua implementation best practices.
• Manage client and internal stakeholders and ensure KPI-driven delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between business, functional, technical, integration, and deployment teams.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
• Ensure successful delivery of Ivalua implementation projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
