You will play a key role in enabling Sales leadership with accurate reporting, improving pipeline visibility, and supporting data-driven decision-making, while also handling core Salesforce administration responsibilities.

You will play a key role in enabling Sales leadership with accurate reporting, improving pipeline visibility, and supporting data-driven decision-making, while also handling core Salesforce administration responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboard Development (Primary Focus)
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
- Work closely with Sales and leadership teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
- Analyze trends and highlight key insights to support business decisions.
- Perform data imports, validation, and cleansing to maintain high-quality data.
- Monitor data integrity and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Support governance around data standards and reporting accuracy.
- Handle day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks (user setup, access, basic configuration).
- Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues for end users.
- Support integrations and ensure data flows correctly into Salesforce.
- Assist in automating reporting and sales processes using Salesforce Flow and other tools.
- Support improvements in pipeline tracking, stage management, and handoffs between teams.
- 3–5 years of Salesforce experience (with hands-on reporting/dashboard work).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data structures.
- Experience working with sales data / pipeline reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into reports.
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams, including availability to support US time zones (comfortable to be able to work in evening/Night Shift as required).
- Experience in Sales Operations or CRM analytics.
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Exposure to data integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Oracle, Arena, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work different time zones (Comfortable working in Evening/Night shift as required)
