We are urgently looking for a strong MDM Architect with 14+ years of experience for an enterprise-level MDM initiative.

Role Focus

This role is focused on Enterprise MDM Strategy, Governance, Operating Model, and Architecture.

We are looking for someone who understands MDM as an enterprise business capability and can define the complete MDM lifecycle — from business discovery and governance to implementation and production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise MDM strategy, framework & implementation methodology

• Design MDM governance models, operating models & stewardship processes

• Conduct business workshops and gather MDM requirements

• Define master data domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier/Vendor, Material & Location

• Define Golden Record, Match & Merge, Survivorship & Data Quality strategies

• Design enterprise MDM architecture and integration approaches

• Drive end-to-end MDM implementation initiatives

• Define data ownership, stewardship and governance processes

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects and technical teams

• Mentor implementation/development teams and provide architectural guidance

The ideal candidate should be able to define:

MDM Strategy → Governance → Operating Model → Stewardship → Data Quality → Match & Merge → Survivorship → Golden Record → Integration → Implementation

Important: This is not primarily a tool-specific MDM Developer role. Strong experience in enterprise MDM strategy, governance, methodology, and business-facing architecture is highly important.
