Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, developing interactive dashboards, and ensuring high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

      

•      Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  
  

      

•      Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  
  

      

•      Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs.
  
  

      

•      Perform data extraction, transformation, and modelling using Power Query, DAX, and other BI tools.
  
  

      

•      Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
  
  

      

•      Analyse trends, patterns, and performance indicators to support strategic decisions.
  
  

      

•      Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
  
  

      

•      Document BI solutions and provide end-user training when required.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

      

•      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

      

•      1–3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
  
  

      

•      Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).
  
  

      

•      Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
  
  

      

•      Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  
  

      

•      Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  
  

      

•      Good understanding of ETL concepts and BI development lifecycle.
  
  

      

•      Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
