The Role

We're looking for an experienced Vernacular (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam, Marathi, Bengali) freelance video editor with a strong background in performance ads and short-form social content.

You'll work on high-volume, fast-paced projects creating ads specifically for Kannada-speaking audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-converting short-form videos (UGC ads, reels, paid social ads)

• Collaborate with our creative strategists and follow clear briefs

• Deliver polished edits quickly and consistently

You Should Have:

• Proven experience editing performance ads and social media videos

• Experience working with Vernacular content and Vernacular-speaking creators

• Mastery of tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar

• Curiosity for AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them to improve speed and workflow efficiency

• Ability to start immediately and work independently

Onboarding Process:

After reviewing your profile, shortlisted candidates will receive a short unpaid test assignment. You'll be expected to complete it within 24–48 hours based on your availability.

The assignment will involve creating a performance ad similar to the examples provided in the reference folder. If we're impressed with your work, we'll begin collaborating immediately.
