Looking for a hands-on Senior SDE/Build & Release Engineer to own CI/CD, build automation, software integration, release management, and validation for telecom/embedded software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, nightly builds, releases and load generation.
• Troubleshoot complex build, dependency, compiler, toolchain and environment issues.
• Develop automation using Python, Shell and Groovy for pre-commit, sanity, regression and release validation.
• Manage Git/Gerrit/GitLab/SVN, branching, merging and release workflows.
• Work on Yocto, Buildroot, Meson, Make/CMake and GDF/load generation.
• Manage Docker/containerized builds, JFrog Artifactory and build artifacts.
• Automate static analysis, vulnerability scanning and reporting using Coverity/JFrog or equivalent tools.
• Support integration across Platform, OAM, L1/L2/L3, Stack, BSP and Application layers.
• Coordinate with Development, Platform, QA, R&D and Release teams to resolve integration issues and ensure release readiness.
• Drive build/release process improvements and reduce dependency on manual activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5–10 years in Build & Release / DevOps / CI-CD / Software Integration.
• Strong Jenkins pipeline development and build automation.
• Strong Git, Gerrit/GitLab, branching & release management.
• Hands-on Yocto / Buildroot / Meson / Make/CMake.
• Strong Python + Shell + Groovy scripting.
• Experience with Docker and JFrog Artifactory.
• Strong Linux and embedded build environment experience.
• Excellent build debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Telecom/embedded software integration experience preferred.
