The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Application Specialist to join our Patient Monitoring & Life Support (PMLS) team, supporting our Critical Care portfolio.

This role combines clinical expertise, education and customer engagement. Working closely with the sales team, you will provide product demonstrations, customer training, installation support and ongoing clinical education to help customers maximise the value of Mindray's patient monitoring and life support solutions.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and play a key role in customer satisfaction, product adoption and long-term customer success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver clinical training, product demonstrations and application support across the Critical Care portfolio.
  • Support customers throughout their journey, from evaluation and installation to ongoing education.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, educators and key opinion leaders.
  • Represent Mindray at conferences, workshops and industry events.
  • Provide clinical expertise and market insights to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop educational content and contribute to customer learning initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with clinical best practice and emerging technologies in critical care.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a clinician who enjoys education, technology and working directly with healthcare professionals.

You Will Have

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Intensive Care, Anaesthesia, Perioperative Care or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in ICU, Anaesthesia, Operating Theatre, Emergency Department or a similar acute care environment
  • Strong experience with patient monitoring, ventilation, life support or critical care technologies
  • A passion for education, training and helping clinicians succeed
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel

Previous experience in Clinical Applications, Clinical Education or the medical device industry will be highly regarded.
