Hiring: Program Manager – ERP | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead ERP program governance, critical incident management, escalation handling, and executive stakeholder communication across complex enterprise environments.

Role: Program Manager – ERP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance for ERP initiatives and operational support

• Own major incidents, critical issues, and escalations

• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management

• Coordinate with SAP, Oracle, infrastructure, application, and business teams

• Communicate incident status, impact, mitigation, and resolution to senior leadership

• Lead governance reviews, steering committees, and executive status meetings

• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service performance, and program health

• Drive compliance, audit, security, and continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience

• 5+ years of Program Management / Governance experience

• Strong experience with SAP and Oracle ERP environments

• Major Incident & Problem Management

• Escalation Management

• Executive Stakeholder Management

• ITIL / ITSM and Service Management

• Risk & Issue Management

• Service Delivery & Governance

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred

PMP / PgMP | ITIL Certification | SAP / Oracle Certifications

We are looking for someone with strong executive presence, ERP governance experience, and the ability to confidently manage high-severity incidents and critical escalations.
