About The Role
As the P&BP CoE GEL Support Manager , you will report to the Commercial Finance Global Excellence Lead & Manufacturing Global Excellence Lead and be responsible the delivery and execution backbone supporting the two Global Excellence Leads — analysis, project management, documentation, and rollout coordination for standardisation initiatives.

About The Role
As the P&BP CoE GEL Support Manager , you will report to the Commercial Finance Global Excellence Lead & Manufacturing Global Excellence Lead and be responsible the delivery and execution backbone supporting the two Global Excellence Leads — analysis, project management, documentation, and rollout coordination for standardisation initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Project-manage standardisation rollouts: timelines, market readiness tracking, RAID logs, stakeholder communication
- Build and maintain analytical support — benchmarking packs, business cases, deep-dive analyses for the GELs
- Own documentation of process standards, playbooks, and training materials as they're developed
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (IT, Data, regional finance) required to land each initiative
- Track benefits realisation post-rollout and feed results back into governance reporting
- Act as first point of contact for market-level queries during migration waves, escalating only exceptions
- 10+ years FP&A/CoE experience, ideally with exposure to both manufacturing and commercial finance data.
- Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2/Agile a plus, not mandatory).
- Excellent Excel/PowerPoint and data-analysis skills; Power BI/Tableau exposure increasingly expected.
- High attention to detail and comfort working across two demanding stakeholders simultaneously.
- This is the classic "launchpad" role in a CoE — hire for trajectory (future GEL/Manager) not just current-state skill.
