Tasks

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to stage engineering, theater design, and audiovisual installations to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.


• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during project execution.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.


• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of site activities, including daily logs, progress updates, and any changes to project timelines or budgets.


• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project status, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the final outcome.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in supervising construction sites, preferably in stage engineering or theater design projects.


• Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.


• Strong understanding of stage automation, lighting, acoustics, and audiovisual systems.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage site operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
