Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify failed flight bookings in the system
- Assist in booking & issuance of the flights on Airline website and Portals
- Coordinate with Airlines, Suppliers, and internal teams for smooth fulfillment
- Maintain booking accuracy and update records
- Fare rule interpretation
- Ancillary product Fulfillment
- Error reporting
- Processing Refunds on Airline website and Portals
- Any Fresher/Non travel background experience
- Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Night Shifts Included)
- Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail, quick learner, and team player
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure
