Position Overview
The Strategic Technology Partnerships Program Manager plays a critical role in helping Siemens Digital Industries Software scale and implement its Strategic Technology Partnerships strategy across cloud, semiconductor, AI, and HPC ecosystems.
As technology ecosystems increasingly converge, Siemens is expanding its engagement with leading technology providers across cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, AI platforms, and enterprise technology. This role helps transform strategic priorities into coordinated execution by establishing governance, improving operational transparency, supporting business planning, and ensuring successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
You will work closely with strategic technology partner leaders, business customers, sales teams, product organizations, and partner-facing teams across a global matrixed environment. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to create leverage through effective coordination, planning, reporting, governance, and execution support.
This position reports to the Strategic Technology Partnerships Lead within Global Sales & Customer Success.

- Supporting strategic partnership initiatives across cloud, semiconductor, AI, HPC, and infrastructure ecosystems.
- Establishing and maintaining operating rhythms, governance processes, action tracking, and portfolio visibility mechanisms.
- Coordinating cross-functional activities involving product teams, sales organizations, partner stakeholders, and business leadership.
- Driving business review preparation, initiative tracking, meeting follow-up, and strategic planning support activities.
- Developing executive-ready reports, dashboards, status updates, and portfolio summaries.
- Finding opportunities to improve team effectiveness, simplify processes, and increase execution capacity across an expanding portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated, cross-functional programs or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong program management, planning, organization, governance, and execution skills.
- Experience working successfully within matrixed organizations where influence and collaboration are required to achieve outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop professional presentations, reports, and business updates.
- Ability to establish structure, drive follow-through, manage dependencies, and improve operational effectiveness.
- Business acumen with an interest in learning technology ecosystems, strategic partnerships, and partner-driven growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Program Management, Strategic Programs, Partner Operations, Business Operations, GTM Programs, or related subject areas.
- Familiarity with technology providers such as Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, NVIDIA, AMD, HPE, Intel, ARM, Dell, Lenovo, or similar organizations.
- Exposure to cloud computing, AI, semiconductors, HPC, enterprise software, or technology ecosystems.
- Experience supporting executive reviews, business planning processes, or critical initiatives.
- Experience with portfolio reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and program governance.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar business productivity tools.
- This role can be performed remotely and will work closely with global stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to support collaboration across global teams.
- The role provides exposure to strategic technology partnerships, executive engagement, ecosystem strategy, and cross-functional business planning.
