Brookfield is hiring an AI Engineer - Manager in Technology Services. The role focuses on generative AI model design, development, optimization, and deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on generative models
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI prompts to improve generated outputs
• Develop and implement testing frameworks for model evaluation and continuous improvement
• Maintain documentation on prompt configurations, testing methodologies, and usage guidelines
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, developers, engineers, and product teams
• Integrate AI solutions into production pipelines using CI/CD practices
• Deploy AI models into production environments and maintain and improve them
• Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and refine models
• Stay current with emerging generative AI trends, technologies, and best practices
• Develop robust AI applications using Python and industry-standard coding practices and libraries
• Use LangChain to build and manage scalable AI pipelines
• Leverage Azure GenAI Services for cloud-based AI solutions
• Ensure ethical considerations in model development
• Gather and analyze user feedback to refine and enhance AI models
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure optimized performance and compliance with enterprise standards when using cloud-based AI solutions
  
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with AWS Gen AI services
• Experience with .NET Framework
• Familiarity with C# and Visual basic
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP)
• Experience with computer vision
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
