Job Responsibility

Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining forms, workflows, notifications and reports.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow modules with other systems and third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement requirements
Quality: Design and implement efficient and testable customizations and integrations with high quality
Testing: Conduct through testing to ensure robustness and reliability
Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and enhancements.

Required Skills

Experience in ServiceNow should be 3-6 years
Scripting experience - Client scripts, Business rules, Script Includes, UI Components (UI page, UI script, Macros)
ServiceNow Modules - ITSM (Must -Have), Order management for Telecom (Good-to-have)
Integration - REST/SOAP (Inbound or Outbound). Scripted REST API creation, Data Serialization, Integration hub (Good-to-have)
Experience in designing Flows/Subflow via Flow designer
Willing to work in EST shift
