Responsibilities

• Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
• Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc.
• Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month
• Corporate employee engagement activities
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events
• Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Ready to travel and goal oriented
• Must be a good listener and presenter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep Banking knowledge
• Good network in the market
• Computer and digital savvy
