Account Management – Work Dynamics (Country, Region)
What this job involves:
Prioritising the facilities’ needs
Working with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered. Likewise, you’ll strive for continuous improvement in the process.
You’ll also keep an eye out on the property’s supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, you’ll manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
In addition, you’ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, and handling crisis management and business continuity plans. You’ll also be on top of health and safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them.
Also, part of your mandate is to monitor the property’s budget. As the person in charge, you’ll make sure that there’s enough petty cash to support operations. You’ll also see to it that vendor invoice processes comply with standards.

Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, you’ll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
In addition, you’ll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance. You’ll also be in charge of creating stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.

Strong knowledge of property operations
Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
Solid background in team management

Role:
Manage all FM related requirements for the location to the end user satisfaction levels and maintain JLL standards on deliverables.
Provide all administrative support to the Facilities Management team
To ensure timely and accurate completion of FM reports pertaining to soft services
Responsibilities:
Checking & Monitoring cleaning activity: Daily checking and monitoring cleaning activities in all shop floor I.e. floor area, rest rooms, Production area, Cabins dusting and mopping and garbage removing activity.
Briefing the HK team about cleaning activity: Briefing all floor HK team about the daily routine work and maintaining cleaning checklist.
Collecting feedback from dept. supervisors: Discussing cleaning activity and collecting feedback from the department supervisors.
Frequent rounding in all shop floors: Frequently doing rounding and checking cleaning activity in all shop floors & rest rooms.
Taking care of carpentry and plumbing work.
Taking care of Breakfast & lunch activity: Daily checking and taking care of employee breakfast & lunch activity.
Supporting in Events and team lunch activity: Supporting in event arrangements and team lunch activity.
Weekend cleaning activity: Scheduling weekend cleaning program and arranging deep cleaning activity in cafeteria and in all building floors.
Attending weekly meeting and working as per the scheduled planning.
Creation of PR for JLL Administration process: All PRs for entire team will be routed through and will be the sole owner for creating and maintaining the PR as per requirement.
PO status: Track PO status and maintaining all sites PO.
Creation of invoice GRN: Checking invoices and creating GRN for invoice process through CAAPS and JDE application.
Tracking all regular and Adhoc invoices: Tracking and maintaining all regular and Adhoc requirement POS and invoices.
Generating Outstanding payment report: Checking & reporting outstanding payment status and Generating open PO reports as per requirement.
