Our goal is to accelerate the discovery of new molecules, materials, processes, and technologies across industries.

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Founder and CEO on high-priority company-building initiatives.

The Role

As a Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the founder across strategy, partnerships, fundraising, operations, hiring, and external communications.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is sharp, hungry, organized, curious, and excited to help build a frontier technology company from the ground up.

You will help turn ideas, conversations, and opportunities into clear plans, documents, follow-ups, and outcomes.

What You’ll Work On

• Support strategic partnerships with companies, institutions, and ecosystem partners
• Prepare founder meetings, briefs, notes, follow-ups, and action items
• Build and maintain trackers for partnerships, investors, advisors, hiring, and key projects
• Support fundraising preparation, investor research, and outreach
• Create memos, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and written communications
• Translate technical progress into clear narratives for external stakeholders
• Coordinate with advisors, partners, investors, and internal team members
• Help identify and recruit exceptional talent
• Own special projects directly with the founder

• Partner and investor follow-ups happen consistently
• Founder meetings are well prepared and documented
• Strategic projects move from ideas to execution
• Written materials are clear, sharp, and useful
• Internal and external communication becomes more organized
• The founder has greater leverage and fewer open loops
