Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant to lead the analysis, assessment, and transformation of NetSuite environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in NetSuite customizations, integrations, and business process mapping, along with a strong consulting mindset to guide stakeholders through system discovery and rationalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current NetSuite landscape to identify customizations, dependencies, and integration points
• Document existing configurations, workflows, scripts, and system dependencies in a structured manner
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align on transformation objectives
• Provide strategic recommendations on functionality that can be removed, migrated, or replaced
• Perform system discovery and current state assessments across NetSuite modules
• Map and document business processes to support ERP transformation and application rationalization efforts
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and validate NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for NetSuite optimization and Finance/GL alignment
• Support integration planning between NetSuite and other enterprise systems

Requirements

• 6-9 years of professional experience as a NetSuite Consultant
• Expertise in Oracle NetSuite (Functional and/or Technical)
• Proficiency in NetSuite Customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Background in System Discovery and Current State Assessment
• Skills in Business Process Mapping and Documentation
• Knowledge of ERP Transformation and Application Rationalization
• Understanding of Finance and General Ledger (GL) processes
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
