We build performance-driven short-form content for brands, the kind that stops the scroll and actually converts. We're looking for editors who can turn raw footage into cuts that hold attention from the first second.

What you'll do:

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, ad-style cuts) built for retention and results. Fast hooks, tight pacing, clean captions. Not just pretty edits, edits that perform.

What we're looking for:

You cut for retention, not just aesthetics. You're fast without dropping quality. You can handle a steady flow of work, not one-offs. You know your way around Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci.
