Location : Ahmedabad (Science City Road)

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
Build and manage data models, data transformations and ETL processes.
Develop DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs to support business reporting and analytics requirements.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, ERP and CRM systems.
Ensure data accuracy, report reliability and optimal dashboard performance.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve report and data refresh issues.
Implement data security standards and role-based access controls within Power BI.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Power BI solutions.
Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and solutions are delivered effectively.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and business intelligence solutions with international and domestic clients.
Technical Skills

Power BI: Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query, Paginated Reports.
Data: SQL/SQL Server, Data Modeling, ETL, ERP/CRM integrations.
Security & Performance: RLS, Role-Based Access, Performance Optimization.
Cloud & Analytics: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory. Python/R is an advantage.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, client coordination, task planning, progress tracking, risk identification and successful project execution.
Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
