CIDCO - Formwork

The Civil Execution (Formwork) function shall be responsible for execution, monitoring, and control of formwork activities in compliance with approved drawings, BBS, method statements, project specifications, and EHS requirements. The role includes planning and monitoring shuttering cycles, ensuring availability and deployment of formwork systems, dimensional control, line, level, verticality, inspection clearances, and de-shuttering as per approved procedures. The function shall coordinate with reinforcement, concreting, survey, QA/QC, planning, stores, and subcontractors to maintain construction sequence, optimize formwork turnaround, monitor productivity, verify executed quantities, resolve site execution constraints, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones while maintaining quality and safety standards.
