About the Role

DGM – Operations

Lead the Operations function with responsibility for operational efficiency, process improvement and overall execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve productivity and drive operational excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities and supply chain operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, performance metrics and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM / B.Tech in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in Operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of process improvement, vendor management, KPI monitoring and execution.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve operational efficiency and drive excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or technology-driven businesses will be preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: ₹18 LPA
