Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales opportunities for Legrand products in the assigned territory (Ranchi).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Legrand products and the ability to demonstrate their features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
