About the Role

We are looking for a motivated professional with strong FPO/FPC experience and relationships to join our early team as Founding Member – FPO Partnerships & Field Growth.

The role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and supporting FPOs/FPCs across India while helping shape AriOli’s field adoption and partnership strategy.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to building a practical technology solution for farmers and agricultural organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with suitable FPOs, FPCs, cooperatives, NGOs, and agricultural institutions.
• Onboard an initial group of 3–5 FPOs/FPCs to the AriOli platform.
• Explain AriOli’s use cases and benefits to FPO leadership and field teams.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and initial user engagement.
• Encourage farmers and FPO members to use the platform regularly.
• Gather feedback from FPOs and farmers and communicate insights to the product team.
• Identify adoption challenges and recommend improvements.
• Help develop a repeatable FPO partnership and onboarding process.
• Document pilot outcomes, user feedback, success stories, and impact metrics.
• Support the development of AriOli’s pan-India go-to-market strategy.

Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on experience working with FPOs, FPCs, cooperatives, farmer groups, NGOs, or agri-enterprises.
• Existing relationships or networks within the Indian agricultural ecosystem.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate in one or more Indian regional languages.
• Understanding of farmer needs, FPO operations, and rural market dynamics.
• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup environment.
• Willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond a narrowly defined job role.
• Interest in agriculture, technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact.

Initial Success Measures

During the initial engagement, the selected candidate will be expected to:

• Identify and qualify prospective FPOs/FPCs.
• Onboard 3–5 suitable organisations.
• Support their initial activation and usage.
• Generate structured feedback from FPOs and farmers.
• Document learnings and recommend a scalable partnership model.

Important Note

This is an early-stage, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, outreach, field engagement, and independent execution. The initial engagement may begin as a part-time pilot, followed by a discussion regarding a longer-term founding-team arrangement.
