Assessment Specialist

Dear Aspirants,

We are looking for an experienced Assessment Developer. This role is for professionals with a strong background in assessment development, test/item development, English content, curriculum alignment, and educational measurement for standardized assessments such as GRE, TOEFL, and SAT.

Role - Assessment Developer

Location: Hyderabad, Onsite-Hyderabad

Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine high-quality assessment items and test content.
• Design and review test forms, pretests, and assessment item pools.
• Support computer-adaptive testing (CAT) pool development and test assembly.
• Analyze item and assessment performance to improve test quality and effectiveness.
• Support scoring activities, test development projects, and validation studies.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, clients, committees, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and update test preparation materials, publications, and program documentation.
• Participate in teacher training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure assessments meet required quality, educational, ethical, and assessment standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in assessment development, test development, educational content, curriculum development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with assessment/item development or test content creation.
• Strong English language/content expertise with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Understanding of curriculum alignment, learning objectives, and assessment frameworks.
• Experience working with standardized tests, competitive examinations, or large-scale assessments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
