Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hyperion Developer to design, implement, and support Oracle Hyperion applications that drive enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. The role requires strong technical expertise in Hyperion Planning and Essbase, combined with the ability to collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient EPM solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities
NP: Immediate to 30 Days
Work model: Initial 8 weeks WFO, Continued with 3 days Hybrid.

Job Overview:

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Hyperion Planning applications, Essbase cubes, calculation scripts, and business rules.
- Partner with finance teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and optimize data integration processes between Hyperion and ERP/other source systems.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to Hyperion applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot application issues, resolve data integrity challenges, and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure optimal system usage.
- Provide training and guidance to finance users on Hyperion tools such as Smart View and reporting modules.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Smart View.
- Proficiency in writing calculation scripts, business rules, and managing metadata.
- Experience with data integration tools (FDMEE, ODI, or similar).
- Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with finance and IT stakeholders.
- 3–6 years of relevant Hyperion/EPM development experience.
- Exposure to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or other EPM modules.
- Experience in cloud-based EPM solutions (Oracle EPM Cloud).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
