This team is driving the transformation of content review and approval processes through platforms such as Aprimo, integrated with DAM, CRM, and project management tools. The team's mission is to improve speed-to-market while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and content quality. The role works closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), Brand, Creative, Digital, MarTech, and IT teams across global and regional markets.

The MLR Content Library Specialist is the custodian of the claims, content, and metadata ecosystem within the MLR platform (e.g., Aprimo). This role is responsible for ensuring that promotional content is governed, reusable, searchable, and compliant by design through the use of structured claims, validated references, and standardized taxonomies. This is a hybrid role combining content governance, data stewardship, and platform operations.

This is a hybrid role combining content governance, data stewardship, and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
Claims & Content Library Management
- Own and manage the centralized claims and messaging library, ensuring all claims are validated, tagged, and traceable to approved references.
- Maintain one-to-many relationships between claims and variations to ensure consistency across assets.
- Enable reuse of pre-approved claims to reduce unnecessary re-review cycles.
- Define and maintain metadata frameworks, including region, product, content type, and approval status.
- Ensure assets and claims are properly tagged to support searchability, filtering, and workflow automation.
- Standardize taxonomy across global and regional teams.
- Manage citation libraries and reference linking to ensure every claim is supported by approved, traceable sources.
- Maintain version control and auditability of references and claims.
- Support regional validation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain the central repository of approved content as the single source of truth.
- Manage content expiration, archiving, and re-approval triggers.
- Ensure proper versioning, change tracking, and audit trails.
- Partner with MLR teams to ensure workflows are configured with appropriate claims, metadata, and approval logic.
- Support submission quality control before content enters review.
- Drive adoption of best practices for content reuse and structured submissions.
- Collaborate with MarTech and IT teams to align MLR platforms with DAM (Aprimo), project management tools such as Asana, CRM platforms, and downstream activation systems.
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems
- Track metrics including claims reuse rate, content approval cycle time, and compliance issues related to claims and references.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce redundancy, and strengthen governance practices.

Qualifications And Experience Required
- Experience in MLR, regulatory review, or content compliance processes, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with MLR platforms or DAM systems such as Aprimo, Veeva, or Adobe Workfront.
- Strong understanding of: Claims and references management, Content lifecycle and approval workflows and Metadata and taxonomy design
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing functions.
- Familiarity with MarTech ecosystem integrations, including DAM, CRM, and project management platforms such as Asana.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret workflow and content performance metrics.
- Comfortable supporting US-region stakeholders and working a shift aligned to US time zones (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST).
- Claims & Content Governance Expertise – Deep understanding of how claims, references, and compliance requirements translate into structured, reusable content systems.
- Metadata & Taxonomy Design – Ability to design and manage scalable metadata frameworks that enable automation, searchability, and workflow efficiency.
- MLR Workflow & Platform Proficiency – Hands-on experience with MLR/DAM platforms and a strong understanding of workflows, approvals, and integrations within regulated environments.
