Role overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer (C# / React / Node.js / MongoDB) for a full-time, on-site role in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.

You will build high-performance applications, integrate with RESTful APIs, optimize database performance, debug complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle. Depending on experience, the role may also involve architecture design, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, cloud deployments, and technical leadership.

What we’re looking for

• 2–6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, depending on the role level.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET), Node.js, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
• Experience with MongoDB, including CRUD operations, schema design, and aggregation pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Git version control, debugging, troubleshooting, unit testing, and code quality best practices.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems, microservices architecture, and optimizing API and database performance.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure software development practices.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and system design is preferred for senior-level roles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
