Job Description

Collaboration with the Insurance compliance team as part of the collateral management -

Loan Servicing functional areas.

Assessing loan balances and insurable values to determine appropriate coverage.

Ensuring adequate insurance limits on insurance purchase programs and provided

recommendations on policy terminology, endorsements, and discrepancies.

Offering guidance to insurance analysts on compliance reviews.

Analyzing collateral insurance while reviewing loan documents, including credit Approval

Presentation, Deed of Trust, Mortgagee documents, Lease Agreement, Appraisal

documents, and Assignment of Mortgagee document.

Working experience on Agile scrum methodologies and providing analytical support in the

design, development and implementation of the project.

Hands on experience on Software development life cycle by being a part of product

development and participated in all the ceremonies.
