SEO Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and course pages for search engines.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix SEO issues.
• Monitor indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health.
• Plan ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly, search-intent-focused content.
• Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement relevant SEO best practices.
• Align SEO strategies with marketing, traffic, lead-generation, and business goals.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local SEO, and AEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Understanding of schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and migrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
• Content writing skills will be an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proven results in improving organic rankings, traffic, and qualified leads.
• Experience with WordPress or Webflow.
