Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities**

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the Vijayawada region.
• Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios, discuss market trends, and provide financial advice.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
• Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada.
