Job Description

The Performance and Organization Analyst supports the assigned team or scope in the administrative and economic management of activities, ensuring the proper functioning of the entity.

Main Activities

• Consolidation of input data
• Management of purchase requests and order anomalies
• User support on administrative tools
• Reporting and planning of technical activities
• Budget preparation and monitoring
• Optimization of processes and procedures
• Management of prevention plans
  
  

Autonomy

• Autonomous use of SAP, Excel, Pulsar, Click2Buy, Racine, GAR tools
  
  

Working Relationships

• Internal: team, management control, purchasing, project managers
• External: suppliers, subcontractors, consultants
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Accounting and management knowledge
• University degree in economics or technical field
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• French – advanced level
• English – intermediate level
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, planning, initiative, anticipation, customer orientation, team spirit, and flexibility
• Strong analytical, synthesis, organizational skills, rigor, ability to adapt quickly to new situations, attention to detail, curiosity, and desire for development
