Our client, Kiras Tech, is hiring HR Executives to join their growing team in Hyderabad!

Location: Madhapur / Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers – 2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA | ₹15,000/month

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote

Openings: 10

Qualification: Any Graduate | MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Support onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintain attendance, leave records and HR MIS

• Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations

What We're Looking For

• Good verbal and written communication

• Basic understanding of recruitment & HR processes

• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Immediate joiners preferred
