Job Description – Verbal & Communication Trainer

Role: Verbal & Communication Trainer

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Salary:

Experienced: ₹20,000/month

Fresher/Intern: ₹15,000/month

Job Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on English communication and verbal ability for college students.

Train students in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, sentence correction, and verbal reasoning.

Improve students’ spoken English, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Prepare and conduct tests, assessments, activities, and practice sessions.

Monitor students’ performance and provide regular feedback.

Prepare training materials, questions, worksheets, and practice exercises.

Support students in preparing for campus placements, aptitude tests, interviews, and group discussions.

Maintain attendance and submit students’ performance/assessment reports.

Coordinate with the placement/training team regarding students’ progress.

Handle both classroom and practice sessions effectively.

Eligibility

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with strong English communication skills.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Good knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, verbal ability, and communication skills.

Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply for the Intern position.

Prior experience in college training, placement training, or verbal/communication training will be an advantage.

Willingness to work in a student-focused training environment.
