GENARAL MANAGER – HR (GM-HR) KNITS

The GM-HR will be responsible for leading the overall HR function for the garment division and aligning human resource goals with business strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a large workforce, establishing policies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning, and ensuring strict adherence to local and national labor laws, factory acts, and international social compliance standards (such as Sedex, BSCI, or SA8000). Additionally, the role involves overseeing performance appraisal systems, grievance handling, industrial relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a stable and positive working environment.

Candidates must have over 18 years of experience, and an MBA, MSW, or equivalent degree is mandatory.

Salary: 24 Lakhs to 30 lakhs PA

Location: Tirupur, TAMILNADU STATE.
