CloudHire is looking for an AI-first Content & Organic Growth Specialist to build our content, organic growth, and brand presence.

This is not a traditional content writing or SEO role. We’re looking for someone who understands content, SEO, AI, branding, positioning, and social media strategy, and knows how to use AI to scale execution.

• Content strategy, content pillars, editorial direction, and thought leadership

• Brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and category storytelling

• On-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• GEO, AI Search Optimization, and LLM-friendly content

• Programmatic SEO and AI-powered content automation

• Social media strategy, content pillars, platform strategy, and distribution

• AI-powered workflows for content research, creation, optimization, and publishing

• Organic performance, search visibility, and content-driven growth

• 4–8 years of experience in Content, SEO, Organic Growth, Brand Content, or similar roles

• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, storytelling, and audience psychology

• Strong SEO fundamentals across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Hands-on experience with GEO, Programmatic SEO, and content automation

• Strong understanding of social media strategy and content distribution

• Excellent editorial judgment and ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated content

• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4

• Strong hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar tools

• Strong prompt engineering skills

• Familiarity with Claude Code, MCP, APIs, AI Agents, n8n, Make, or Zapier

• Comfortable working with technical teams and AI-powered workflows

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, understand content deeply, and use AI to build scalable systems rather than simply use AI to write faster.
