Key Responsibilities

• Manage PMO activities, MIS, dashboards, and management reports for Telecom O&M.
• Track project performance, KPIs, SLAs, manpower, productivity, and operational targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and operational performance.
• Prepare review presentations and performance reports for management.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
• Analyze operational data and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  
  

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Telecom O&M and PMO processes.
• Strong MIS and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and good PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of KPI, SLA, manpower, productivity, and cost tracking.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
  
  

Educational Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Operations or Project Management will be preferred.

Work Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in Telecom O&M, PMO, MIS, or Project Management.

Experience in telecom operations, field projects, reporting, KPI/SLA monitoring, and process improvement will be preferred.
