SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description

As a Service Engineer in our L7 - IN - NUMERIC - Customer Service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. Your expertise in PCB technology and soldering will be utilized to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and digital systems. You will work closely with our team to provide timely and effective solutions, building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for 3-phase UPS systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and digital system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on PCB assemblies.
• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and provide accurate technical advice.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in PCB technology and soldering techniques.
• Experience with 3-phase UPS systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel for on-site service as required.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
