Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and analytical Senior Social Media Manager who can drive our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying emerging trends, creating engaging content strategies, managing influencer collaborations, and delivering measurable business outcomes through social media.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Plan posts, reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Identify emerging trends and leverage them for brand visibility.
Content & Creative Management
Generate creative campaign ideas and content concepts.
Coordinate with the creative team for content production.
Plan and oversee content shoots from concept to execution.
Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across platforms.
Influencer Marketing
Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.
Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to campaign completion.
Negotiate partnerships and monitor campaign effectiveness.
Community Management
Manage daily engagement across social media platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions promptly.
Build and nurture an engaged online community.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Optimize social media strategies based on data and audience behavior.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 + years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
Experience executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Hands-on experience coordinating creative shoots.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lifestyle, interior design, or creative industries.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and performance metrics.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, or InShot.
Strong visual sense and appreciation for interior design aesthetics.
