Saviynt IAM Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt IAM Engineer to design, implement, configure, and support Identity and Access Management solutions using the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) platform. The candidate will work on IAM implementations, application onboarding, access governance, integrations, workflows, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and develop solutions on the Saviynt IAM/EIC platform.

Implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.

Perform application onboarding and integration with Saviynt.

Configure user lifecycle management, joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes, and access provisioning.

Develop and maintain access request, approval, certification, and deprovisioning workflows.

Configure RBAC/ABAC, roles, entitlements, and access policies.

Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and enterprise applications.

Develop and configure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Work with Saviynt connectors and customize provisioning processes.

Configure Access Reviews / Access Certifications and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.

Troubleshoot provisioning, reconciliation, workflow, and integration issues.

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within Saviynt.

Participate in IAM testing, deployment, and production support.

Work with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather IAM requirements.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

Experience in IAM / IGA / Identity Governance.

Strong knowledge of JML lifecycle management.

Experience with RBAC, access requests, approvals, certifications, and SoD.

Hands-on experience with Saviynt application onboarding and connectors.

Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL.

Experience integrating Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID).

Good understanding of authentication, authorization, provisioning, and reconciliation.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM.

Knowledge of ServiceNow integration.

Experience With SailPoint, Okta, Or Other IAM Platforms.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Saviynt certification is an added advantage.

Experience with IAM automation and scripting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant IAM/Saviynt certifications are preferred.
